Plaintiff brought this suit for damages in the nature of personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. The named defendants are Brady Cardwell, driver of the car in which plaintiff was a passenger, and the Eagle Motor Lines, lessee of the truck which was involved in the collision and which was driven by an employee of said defendant.
