BLUME, Chief Justice.

This is an action commenced on June 4, 1949, brought by plaintiff corporations to recover money from the defendant paid to him by mistake. Trial was had to the court without a jury. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiffs in the sum of $4,538.50. From the judgment so rendered the defendant has appealed to this court. There is involved in the action the further sum of $91 and the sum of $193.50 which sums were admitted to have...
