These suits were brought under the Miller Act, 49 Stat. 793, 40 U.S.C.A. §§ 270a and 270b, by The Trane Company, The Crane Company and Minneapolis-Honeywell Regulator Company, to recover the balance due for materials furnished by them to a subcontractor in the construction of a government armory.
