This matter is now on appeal to this court by Penn Lumber and Building Supply Company from the Zoning Board of Adjustment of Philadelphia. The board refused to grant (a) a variance from certain setback requirements1 of the zoning ordinance, (b) either a temporary nonconforming use or a zoning permit for outdoor advertising purposes.
