This case involves a contest before probate of the last will of Tennessee M. Washington, deceased. Contestant is the son of testatrix' predeceased husband, Bishop William Washington. The proponent of the will, Ethel A. Finn, a niece of testatrix, is one of a number of devisees thereunder and is named executrix of the will. All the devisees or legatees named in the will are relatives of either testatrix or her deceased husband.
