The plaintiff in error, Ray Crawford, defendant below, was charged in the county court of Garvin county, Oklahoma, with the offense of operating a motor vehicle upon the public highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The alleged offense occurred on or about September 17, 1951 in said county and state. The defendant was tried by a jury, convicted, and his punishment fixed at a term of 30 days...
