Plaintiff brought this suit for the recovery of damages resulting from personal injuries allegedly sustained while a farepaying passenger on a bus of the defendant company. After trial there was judgment in favor of defendant, from which plaintiff has appealed.

The basis for plaintiff's action is found in the allegations in her petition to the effect that while disembarking from one of defendant's trolley buses, at the front door exit thereof...
