These five actions were brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1346, 2671 et seq., and, for convenience and with the consent of the parties, were heard together. The causes are based upon a collision between a car owned and driven by Dave Johnston, Jr., a Commander in the United States Navy, and a Marine Corps wrecker belonging to defendant, in charge of Sergeant Trammell...
