Plaintiffs and appellants, husband and wife, brought this action for damages, alleging that Mrs. Ericson suffered injury while a patient in a sanitarium operated by defendant and respondent. Defendant denied negligence and alleged contributory negligence on the part of the plaintiffs. The court made detailed findings, and found in favor of defendant on all issues. Plaintiffs appealed and claim mainly that the evidence is insufficient to justify the finding...
