This is an appeal on questions of law from a declaratory judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, in favor of the plaintiff, who is an attorney employed by Frank Pigman, one of the defendants in the action, to handle a claim under the Workmen's Compensation Act against the defendant Fisher Body Division, General Motors Corporation, a self-insurer.
