The plaintiffs brought this action against Ralph E. Williams, Jr., doing business as Williams & Hart, to recover $2,914.24 alleged to have been the "market price" on October 6, 1947, of 3,703 pounds, less tare of 95 pounds, of hops at 78 cents a pound. The action is based on a contract for the sale and purchase of hops. The verdict and judgment were in favor of plaintiffs in the sum of $2,633...
