POWELL, P.J.

Robert Reggie Story, same person known as Bill Story, Sr., was charged in the county court of Payne county jointly with two of his sons, with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor. A jury found defendant guilty and fixed his punishment at a fine of $500 and ninety days imprisonment in the county jail. The case is here on appeal.
