This suit was filed by Daniel Mickens for workmen's compensation against James O. Gremillion, his employer, and Employers' Mutual Liability Insurance Co., Gremillion's compensation insurer. As an alternative demand, petitioner claims damages in tort against Gremillion and his liability insurer, American Automobile Insurance Company.
