DUNCAN, J.

"Dependents" as defined by the Workmen's Compensation Law, includes "parents . . . who were wholly or partially dependent in fact upon the earnings of the employee for support at the time of the injury." Laws 1947, c. 266, s. 2 VII. Section 20, upon which the plaintiffs rely, provides in part as follows: "COMPENSATION FOR DEATH. If death results from the injury, the employer shall pay to, or for the dependent or dependents of the deceased...
