This is an action brought by the Board of Trustees of the Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County against John R. Pratt a duly licensed physician and surgeon in this state. The question involved herein is as to whether or not the defendant shall be permitted to take his patients to the hospital and treat them therein if he fails and refused to comply...
