On October 30, 1951, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board issued citations to show cause why appellant's club liquor license for the year beginning August 1, 1951, should not be revoked and the bond forfeited. A hearing was held before Examiner Hyman on December 14, 1951, at which 15 witnesses testified for the board.
