In this action for specific performance, the vendees of residence property in Seattle ask that the vendors be required to deed to them a certain triangular area adjacent to the land described in the contract and deed. The complaint in effect, though not specifically, also asks for reformation of the contract to include a description of that triangular area. Plaintiffs ask, in the alternative, that they be awarded damages in the sum of four thousand dollars...
