The defendant was tried on an indictment for murder and found guilty of voluntary manslaughter. She filed her motion for new trial on the general grounds, and thereafter added eight special grounds. The court overruled this motion. On this judgment error is assigned here on all the grounds of the motion. Since the case is to be reversed on a special ground, we will not discuss the evidence relating to murder...
