This is an action brought by plaintiff against her former husband for an accounting, for restitution and damages alleged to have resulted from false and fraudulent representations made by defendant with respect to the nature and extent of his property. A cross-complaint was filed by defendant in which he claimed that the plaintiff was indebted to him in the sum of $522.11 for money had and received.
