This case involves a claim for damages based upon the alleged infringement of plaintiff's patent No. 2,398,382 on a method for applying hard, durable, low-reflecting films of inorganic salts on the surfaces of optical elements. At the trial the complaint was amended to add a claim for damages for unjust enrichment.
