From the testimony taken in this case it appears that one of the county detectives obtained a search warrant on Sunday, December 14, 1952, and on the same date, together with his assistants and two agents of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, entered certain clubs of which the defendants were stewards, and while there observed certain slot machines in operation and seized the same. The next day informations were filed charging defendants...
