This is an appeal by Dan River Mills, Incorporated, from a denial of its claim for relief sought in a motion for declaratory judgment which was filed to determine its license tax liability to the city of Danville for the year 1952 and to secure a refund of license taxes paid under protest amounting to $64,720.49.
