Before us are three appeals, in a confused situation arising from an attempted sale and resale of real estate. It began when a couple named Carpenter contracted in writing to sell their house to Slater for $22,500. This contract was negotiated through a salesman in the brokerage office of Wickersham. Simultaneously Berlin was interested in buying the same property and approached Peterson, another salesman of the Wickersham office. Peterson reported...
