In a previous similar proceeding this court made a like disposition with respect to an earlier determination by the Authority. denying the same application, but the Court of Appeals reversed this court's said decision, by a divided vote, annulled the Authority's said determination, and remitted the matter to the Authority for further proceedings not inconsistent...
