PEOPLE v. HAYES

281 A.D. 1042 (1953)

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Mary B. Hayes, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

May 18, 1953.

The record is utterly devoid of any proof to show that the defendant was a conspirator as charged in the indictment. There was no corroboration of the witness Fagnani, and that he was an accomplice was conceded and became the law of the case. (People v. Gibbons, 281 App. Div. 759.)
