This is an action at law to recover damages for injuries to plaintiff's person and damages to property by reason of an automobile accident which occurred on June 16, 1947.

Allegations in the complaint are that the vehicle which struck plaintiff was owned by George F. Campbell and was being driven by either defendant James F. Moody or by defendant George F. Campbell in a negligent and careless manner; the plaintiff further...
