Quintin Little and Thomas Warren Wheatley, Sr., as plaintiffs, brought this action against the defendant, Allen K. Echols and others, to quiet title to the North Half (N 1/2) of Section Seven (7), Township One (1) North, Range Twenty-One (21) West, Jackson County, Oklahoma.
