This is an appeal from a judgment in the sum of $12,951.25 for personal services rendered by appellee to appellant and O. B. Saner, its predecessor in the mining business. Saner lived at Kerrville, Texas, and had been engaged in the mining and oil business. In 1946 he called upon McKnight who lived at Hot Springs.
