The petition substantially alleges that Lucy J. Huddleston, Choctaw by blood, Roll No. 15013, was allotted 320 acres of the land described and located in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Lucy married J.B. Roberson. She died on the 21st day of November, 1917, intestate, possessed of said land. Her heirs were her husband, J.B.
