The defendant, Herschel (Slim) Mathis, was charged by information filed in the court of common pleas of Tulsa county with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried before a jury, convicted and his punishment assessed at a term of 45 days in the county jail, and to pay a fine of $250, and costs. Appeal has been perfected to this court.
