In January 1949, Frank McGrath and Edmund Dubs and his wife, Clara Dubs, formed a corporation known as McGrath-Dubs Motors, Inc., for the purpose of selling automobiles in Great Falls. Dissention soon developed and in November of the same year they entered into a written agreement for the liquidation of the business and division of the assets.
