In this case it appears that on and prior to July 18, 1951, Orville Eugene Denney was employed by E.G. Nicholas Construction Company and on that day while engaged in a hazardous employment and arising out of and in the course of his employment he sustained an accidental injury consisting of a heat stroke resulting in his death.
