This is a common law action for the recovery of damages on account of personal injuries claimed to have been negligently inflicted upon appellee while he was riding in a truck being driven by J. A. Munos, an employee of appellant. As grounds of the recovery sought, appellee alleged in substance that Munos was driving the truck over a wet and slick highway at a dangerous rate of speed in excess of 60 miles per hour when, as a result of his negligent...
