Two cases have been consolidated on this appeal, R.' R. Brown v. Ozark Black Marble Co. and William Stephenson, et ux, intervenors, in which a mortgage foreclosure is involved, and the case of Ozark Black Marble Co. v. William Stephenson, et ux, a suit for damages and injunctive relief against the Stephensons.
