Sugarman, a bidder at a sale of personal property of the Victor-American Fuel Company, engaged in a reorganization proceeding under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq., from an order of the court confirming a sale of the personal property in question to the Learner Company of Oakland, California.
