Respondents move to dismiss the appeal of appellants from an order confirming a sale of personal property and from an order denying a new trial of said issue. The motion is predicated upon the contention that appellants accepted the benefits of the orders appealed from and thereby waived their rights of appeal and are precluded from prosecuting their appeal.
