This is an action for damages for personal injuries brought by William E. Graham against the Illinois Terminal Railroad Company, a corporation. Plaintiff's injuries were sustained as a result of a collision at a railroad crossing in the City of Madison, Illinois, between plaintiff's automobile and an interurban car of defendant.
