The offense is the fondling of the breast of a female under the age of 14 years, a violation of Article 535d, Vernon's Ann. P.C.; the punishment, 25 years.

The prosecutrix testified that she was 12 years old; that appellant was a friend of her mother and father and visited in the home quite often; that she and Leota Gee and Cora Lee Scott on several occasions had gone riding with the appellant in his automobile; and that he had permitted them...
