1. In the first four grounds of the amended motion for new trial, and in ground 13, it is asserted that the court erred in excluding oral and documentary evidence offered for the purpose of showing that, at the time Glyndon P. Tapp went into business, he used funds obtained from his father's estate, which belonged to all of his father's heirs, to obtain necessary equipment, and that his brothers and sisters assisted him financially in his business....
