JONES, J.

The defendant, Oscar Staley, was charged in the county court of Beckham county with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, a jury was waived, the defendant was tried, found guilty and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and pay a fine of $200.

The sole question presented by the appeal is whether the trial court erred in overruling the motion to suppress evidence filed on behalf of the accused.
