The defendant appeals from a judgment rendered in a Justice of the Peace Court in the town of Chili convicting him of the crimes of driving a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition in violation of subdivision 5 of section 70 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and reckless driving in violation of section 58 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
