Plaintiff sued for $150,000 alleged to be the value of certain real estate which he claimed Albert Gregory Hull (now deceased) had agreed to devise to him. The Court sustained defendants' motion to dismiss on the ground of failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted and plaintiff has appealed.
