On February 27, 1951, the plaintiffs (respondents), husband and wife, entered into a contract to sell to one Clay Barr certain real and personal property located in the city of Lewiston, Nez Perce County, Idaho. In addition to the land and building the property consisted of the assets of the business conducted thereon, known as the Pair-A-Dice Club.
