This is a suit to set aside two deeds to a tract of land in Dallas County. Prior to June 1948 Lucy Stoops and I. E. Stoops were husband and wife, and, in 1946, owned two separate parcels of land as tenants by the entirety; one of the parcels consisted of lots in Springfield in Greene County, and the other consisted of farm land in Dallas County. In June 1948 Lucy Stoops and I. E. Stoops were divorced and, as alleged in the petition, became tenants...
