Appellant's motion to dismiss this appeal presents the question of the sufficiency of the notice of appeal to give this court jurisdiction to review the final judgment entered in this case. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant appellee. A motion for a new trial was filed and on March 6, 1952, was overruled and judgment was entered upon the verdict.
