The respondent, the United States of America, moves to transfer the above libel, instituted against it by the Texas Company, to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, to be tried with a suit previously instituted by the United States of America against the Texas Company, based upon the same collision which gives rise to the pending cause.1
