On December 2, 1932, the debtor was placed in equity receivership, which proceedings continued until a petition for reorganization of the debtor was filed and approved on September 30, 1944. E. A. Whitman and Edgar F. Zelle were appointed Trustees on November 17, 1944, and qualified as such Trustees on January 1, 1945. On August 4, 1947, Mr. Whitman died, and Mr. Zelle has continued as sole Trustee since that date. The debtor has railway lines...
