Therein, the defendant was charged that "... on or about the 14th day of August, 1952, in South Bay Judicial District, in the said County of San Diego, State of California, and before the making or filing of this Complaint, did then and there wilfully and unlawfully within the unincorporated territory of the County of San Diego...
