This is an appeal from a final judgment dismissing a petition for a writ of certiorari to quash a decision of the emergency housing commission which granted certain variances from the zoning law of the city of Boston. G.L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 213, § 1D, inserted by St. 1943, c. 374, § 4. The petitioners are owners of property which is in the vicinity of that here involved, and the town of Brookline.
