After a trial by jury in the county court of Hancock County, Levi Long was convicted of the offense of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a misdemeanor. He was fined $100 and sentenced to six months' imprisonment in the Illinois State Farm at Vandalia. He seeks a reversal by writ of error in this court, on the theory that a constitutional question...
